Small but clean with comfortable beds and a good heating unit (bathroom too) and fireplace, great for our 5 adult group in early spring. Kitchen got the job done the couple of dinners and breakfasts we cooked. I am surprised that this property has collected so many 10/10s! It's a bit tatty around the edges, and needs some serious repair work and modernisation. Lots of potential improvements required - a shortage of cooking equipment, a distinct damp smell and not even a table in the unkept back garden. You got the impression that a permanent resident left the property ten minutes before we arrived, and would probably return immediately after we left.
