This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has nice furnishings, brand new carpet and bedding and offers plenty of room for family and friends. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD in the living room and a TV/VHS combo and computer in the master bedroom. There is a king bed in the master, 2 twins in the first guest room, 1 double in the 2nd guest bedroom. This is split level home with the master of the 3rd floor, living area on the middle floor and 2 guest bedrooms on the lower floor. The large deck is great for entertaining or relaxing in the sun. There is WiFi in the unit. The Northshore condominium complex is surrounded by pine trees and has a beautiful white sand private beach with a deep water pier along Tahoe's north shore. Summer guests have private access to the pool and tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts. There are chairs and umbrellas, first come first serve. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
