The building’s exterior is worn, and the street can be lively and a bit rugged, but inside awaits a stylish and comfortable retreat.  
High ceilings create a spacious feel, with Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a coffee machine for comfort. Features a cozy double bedroom, full kitchen, and sleek bathroom.  
A perfect escape for couples, tourists, or contractors.  
8-10 minutes from Southend seafront, bus & train station. Easy Access to London.

Cool, quirky space. The apartment has been Newly refurbished with trendy and contemporary decor throughout.  
The space has been set up to host and entertain you with all the modern creature comforts.  
Hi speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout. The living room and bedroom both feature SMART TV’s so feel free to login to all of your favourite streaming apps.  
  
There is space to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.  
In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment, this means there are no feathers, down or fixed carpets.  
  
The living space is open plan and flows into the kitchen area, uncluttered and versatile. It includes a large flatscreen Smart TV and a dining area which can also be used as a workstation.  
Enjoy a match on the football table (foozeball).  
For extra guests, we provide a comfortable Z Bed/futon setup including all necessary bedding and linens for a restful night's sleep. Additional fee required.  
  
The bedroom has been set up with ‘Cosy’ in mind and allow for you to leave your troubles behind and experience peace and happiness. Be prepared for plush blankets and cuddle worthy pillows.  
The bedroom features a double bed with a memory foam topped mattress, perfect for Sunday morning lay-ins.  
Smart TV - feel free to log into your favourite streaming apps.  
The bedroom has been equipped with a wardrobe, ample storage, mood lamps for reading as well as ambiance, and day night zebra blinds for privacy.  
  
A fully equipped kitchen awaits to include features such as a washer dryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a variety of Nescafé pods for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Complimentary Tea bags are also provided.  
The kitchen dining breakfast bar is highlighted by fashionable pendant lighting.  
You will find cool, quirky lighting fixtures throughout the apartment.
