Even though it's tall and narrow, it was exceptionally quiet and functional. Its close to many restaurants and shopping areas. It was easy to find and easy access to downtown. Very well located just a short driving distance to University of Washington and multiple nice Seattle neighborhoods — and a bit longer but still easy to downtown Seattle. The property was just as advertised and Allen was an excellent host. He was clear and proactive in his communications and quick to address any minor issues we encountered. ##### Jeffrey O. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely brand new home in the Wallingford area. The home was lovely and modern, equipped with every amenity we could think of and Allen was a super host, assisting us promptly when we had a need. Parking was sometimes an issue, the street got very crowded at nights but we always managed to find some down the street a ways. The only caution I would have is for seniors or anyone with mobility issues, the home is like a treehouse (in a fun way!) but that involves three decent flights of stairs, the restroom being one flight up. Other than that observation, we highly recommend this home! ##### Melissa H.
