It’s a little under 2 miles to the river but the walk is very accessible. It’s very near to Forsyth Park and the famous fountain!The location is near many great restaurants and a Kroger. We also drive to Tybee Island for a day and it wasn’t far at all. Overall, the location was great and we always felt safe walking to our locations. ##### Joy M. The property was modern, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible! The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Check in and checkout was easy. And a heads up... properties on the first floor do not have the Juliette doors but the ease of accessibility from the parking garage for my 93 year old mother far outweighed not having the Juliette doors! Also, the first VRBO picture shows French doors, so we were under the assumption the apartment had French doors. It did not. Also, since we were there during Christmas, we had hoped to see at least a small tree. The staff indicated some customers were not comfortable with Christmas decorations. What about those people that “are comfortable” with Christmas decorations? We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s over Christmas and they were always decorated. Lastly, the codes getting into the different gates and front door was a bit overwhelming. We had a few other VRBO customers asking us to let them in the gate because they forgot the code.
