ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to 30A Sea-Renity! This home is perfect for your next beach getaway with family or friends and is a short walk to the beach. This two-story home, located in Blue Mountain Beach, has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. It also includes a huge deck out back featuring a private pool, hot tub, outdoor heated shower, fire pit, grilling area, and 4 beach cruisers. The pool area has plenty of loungers and sitting vignettes so everyone has a place to relax. Nearby is a pergola-covered parking area. The home is beautifully landscaped with a front porch that spans the entire width of the home.

ABOUT THE AREA: This coastal oasis is located in Blue Mountain Beach, which has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. This coastal community rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant. Don't forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don't wait for dessert! Stop by Blue Mountain Beach Creamery after your bike ride or day at the beach to find out why so many argue it's the best ice cream in town.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach is Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, just a few blocks away, at the end of Hwy 83. There are restrooms, showers, and parking. Coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

30a Sea-renity

Wonderful experience! The host was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions before and during our trip. Check-in was a breeze for our adult children who arrived a few hours ahead of us. The property provided a great space for everyone in our family. Beach gear, bikes, pool & hot tub provided endless fun for everyone. The beach bonfire on the final day was the perfect ending to our family vacation. We hope to return in the future to make more wonderful memories! Thank you!

Overall we had a great stay. We loved the property. Management was great. We had an ongoing issue with the hot tub that they addressed in a timely manner, however, we still had an issue getting it to operate. I did have an accident with a loose rug and I am confident that the issue was fixed so that another guests does not find themselves where I did. 😊 We love the area and will be either staying at this property or another one of the 30A Beach girls properties. We really loved the outdoor space and the front porch. We felt like this property fit our needs perfectly

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at this property! It was clean with great amenities. We brought our parents and our teen kids, the house has the perfect layout for being all together or enjoying alone time. The location is in walking distance to the beach access. However, if you prefer to rent a golf cart, there is a rental company just around the block. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed the grill and the rest of the outdoor space as well. 10/10 recommend!!!

Perfect Getaway!

The stay was amazing and relaxing! The location was great! Golf cart was not available for our stay, but we rented one and it made our travels to and from the beach very easy! It is in a great location and not far at all from the beach! The house was so cute and homey and everyone enjoyed their stay here!
