Couch reclines, bar stools provided for kitchen area. If you love sports you are going to love watching games on this TV! 77" OLED Pool ranges from 2 feet deep (near the BBQ grill) to 8 feet deep. It has a gate around it for safety, however we ask all of our guests to swim responsibly. If you have children please watch over them. Pool toys are provided. Games: 1\. Air hocky 2\. Not really ideal for my 2 year old who had too much access to everything, but it worked just fine. My kids enjoyed the pool and the side yard. A couple of small additions, like extra pillows, fluffier towels for the bathrooms, and some warm blankets, would have made our stay even cozier, especially since the weather was chillier than we expected.It would also be great to get a welcome email with WiFi details and some tips about the house. The outside area was so relaxing and added an amazing opportunity to connect with each other as we sat by the fireplace. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and inviting. Late the night before we were contacted saying that property couldn’t be rented out because of a permit problem with the property. We were offered a “better” property near by. It wasn’t better, it was one less bedroom and one less bathroom. When I contacted the host about the issue he said there was an “air mattress” so plenty of room for our party. Not exactly. The pool and outside games was definitely the highlight. Also per house rules, quiet hours began at 10pm, however the neighbor complained about my children still in the pool and it was only 8 o'clock. In the morning I decided to go for a swim and during my swim the pool cleaning guy entered the property without any notice and wanted to clean it. Being polite I allowed him to, but It definitely would've been great if he had come after check out time or at least called and asked if it was ok to do so.
