Meloneras Bahía 10HH is a beautiful, cosy bungalow that offers an excellent location in Maspalomas, Spain. It is situated right in the center of the action, yet still maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The property boasts a garden, a seasonal swimming pool (available year-round), and a children's pool, making it an ideal holiday rental for families. Additionally, it features a private yard with garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Inside the bungalow, you'll find air conditioning, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The bungalow is surrounded by a lovely garden, providing a tranquil outdoor space for you to enjoy. The property also features a seasonal swimming pool, available from January 1st to December 31st, allowing you to cool off and soak up the sun during your stay. For the little ones, there is a dedicated children's pool, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming experience. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a refreshing dip or a day at the nearby sandy beach.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that a car is recommended during your stay, as the property is located in a residential area. Although it is centrally located, some amenities and attractions may require driving. The bungalow is suitable for families and seniors, but the owner does not accept youth groups. For those interested in golfing, an 18-hole golf course is conveniently located 1.8 km away from the property. Additionally, there is an airfield 36 km from the bungalow for those arriving by plane.

You will be staying in a 4-room apartment called "Meloneras 47" that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a living area of 90 square meters and is spread across two levels, featuring cozy furnishings.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, satellite TV, a microwave, and a television. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your vacation.  
  
Other Information  
The living/dining room is furnished with a local TV, satellite TV, cable TV, and a dinette. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available at an additional cost of 6 euros per day, payable on-site. The sleeping quarters consist of one room with a double bed and another room with two single beds. The open kitchen is well-equipped with three hot plates, a microwave, an oven, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a deep freezer.
