Summer Winds A-409 is a 4th floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa with great ocean views. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with microwave & dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed.

Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a queen bed.

Additional Amenities Include: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Icemaker, Microwave and Dishwasher. Covered decks with furniture.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
