You will find a 3-room house spanning 60 square meters across two levels. The comfortable living area consists of a living/dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fan, leading out to a terrace and veranda. One bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, you'll discover another room with a pull-out bed suitable for two persons, measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as an open room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts a large terrace spanning 20 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. For your convenience, it also includes a washing machine, iron, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Furthermore, you'll have access to a reserved, fenced parking spot for one car. Please note that a smoke alarm is installed for your safety.  
  
Other Information  
The vacation property, known as "Le Canigounenc," offers a very comfortable and fully furnished living experience. The maximum capacity is six guests, with accommodations spread across two bedrooms and one bathroom.
