Nous avons aimé nôtre séjour ! Toutefois, nous avions du appeler plusieurs fois le technicien pour arranger l'air climatisé. Il fait soit trop chaud soit trop froid.

Les tops : chambres familiales jolies et confortables Jolie déco partout La mangrove et ses animaux au milieu du parc Les terrains de tennis, de Ping Pong, tir à l arc … Le petit train Le parc est vraiment top pour les enfants Le spectacle pour les enfants , le mini Club Les flops : pour moi c’est un 4 étoiles pas 5 Internet ne marchait pas sur les 5 jours où nous sommes restés. Il faut réservé les restaurants avec internet … Ok il y a beaucoup de restaurants mais c’est la même nourriture que le buffet mais présenté à l’assiette. ( le meilleur étant le snack américain avec la salle de jeux à l étage pour nous ) Qualité des toutes les boissons et de la nourriture décevante Rien autour dc pas vraiment possible de sortir faire un tour par soi même Qualité de l’image de la tv mauvaise. Aucunes chaînes en anglais ou français. Les week-ends sont infernaux car beaucoup beaucoup de monde y compris ds la piscine où il faut se frayer une place Toutefois Je recommande cet hôtel en semaine pour les enfants , pour le repos et pour la déco

Très bel établissement. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les espaces sont propres. Rapport qualité prix très bon. Points d'amélioration: - Activités (nous sommes certainement en basse saison et le programme n'est pas tenu). - Restaurants à thèmes: Le service à des défaillances organisationnelles. Sinon tout est vraiment très bien. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Hôtel idéal pour une famille avec des petits
Hôtel très beau en pleine végétation. Hôtel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Seul bémol mais important pour moi, la qualité de la nourriture n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4*. Maintenant, tout est une question de prix… 250€ la nuit pour 4 en pleine saison… je ne pouvais pas espérer mieux. Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit en attendant que l’hôtel où nous devions passer nos vacances soit disponible. Donc hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix si vous n’êtes pas exigeants sur la nourriture.

Extremely clean, except for a couple of the public bathrooms. Staff was amazing. Our room was clean and updated. Maid service came later in the morning so didn't have to worry about waking up early. The 3 pools were very clean; could use some resurfacing, but not a deal breaker. Visited 5 reservation restaurants. We thought the Brazilian was the best and the Italian was oyr least favorite. There seemed to always be somewhere open to get food; whether a snack or full meal. Icecream shop and coffee shop always a favorite. Everything was walking distance, but there were trams that ran every 10 minutes. We were an adults only group, but my observation was that it may not have been really entertaining for kids over 6 years old thru 21. The beach was cleaned mid- morning, but our only complaint there was that you had to walk a ways to get a drink, so we spent most of our outdoor time by a pool. The evening shows were fun, but not for children. I recommend participating in or a least watching the pool activities after 3pm. They were fun. Just remember you are in a Spanish speaking country and if you speak English, communication may be limited with some staff. Still highly recommend.

The facility is nice - staff are friendly. The beach was beautiful - amazing white sand. Lots of good entertainment for the whole family. The bedroom smelt funny - like trapped moisture…all the time. The pillows also had a funky smell. Lots of mosquitoes - this has nothing to do with the facility just be prepared.

Its was nice for familys with kids. Wish they’d let you know the restaurants aren’t like other restaurants u dont get to pick what you want everyone gets the same thing. Not good for the picky eaters . And you cant take food back to the rooms, i didnt like that. Food was ok . Other than that great getaway for families. O and they should lyk that the arcade and bowling isnt included in this all inclusive.

We stayed 5 days and tried to make reservations at several restaurants with full booking. Went by one restaurant to see if they had cancellations to accommodate us and were turned away because other people may show up even though they did say there was several empty seats

It was a nice stay for my boyfriend and I (21 and 23). The staff speaks very limited english and was not very friendly to Americans. The bars closed at midnight and there was a lot of children running around. The drinks were average. The beach however, was so beautiful! Do not sit in the 1st or 2nd row on the beach because you will be bombarded with people trying to sell you stuff. The rooms were decently clean. The food: I was kinda disappointed in the food. The buffet was a lot better than the restaurants. I did not like any of the restaurants. This was my first all inclusive without my parents planning it, and I would say this is a learning experience. If you want a no kid, good food and drinks, and party late vacation, this is not the place for you. Also, on the way back to the US, we had a very hard time at the airport with the workers. It of course was not the resort workers but we will not be coming back to the DR!

The place is very family friendly, entertainment for all ages. Food was okay, lots of variety. The rooms near the pool have a smell to the them, but they were kept clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and with anything you need. The beach is calm and beautiful. Kids really enjoyed beach and pools. Also the animals in the resort were so nice to look at. Flamingos and peacocks were my favorite!

To sum it up I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Being an 8 out of 10 thought it would be decent but sadly it wasn't. We were put into a dirty room where the sheets smelled & had visible stains. We asked for the room to be cleaned, it barely was & the bed still smelled. I had to put a t-shirt over my pillow just to be able to sleep as it smelled so bad! Had to practically beg for water bottles and towels. There were 2 water bottles put in the lukewarm dirty fridge along with a half-drunk Sprite. Having diabetes I try to stay hydrated,had to constantly call the frontdesk for water multiple calls every day to get any water. Dont plan to be able to get reservations at any of the restaurants. Their booking system is slow and they only open the reservations 2 days at a time so had to eat at the buffet way more than we would have liked. It was mediocre. We did get reservations at the Dominican restaurant which had excellent food and nice staff. Some of the bar staff was helpful. Sometimes you felt like you were bothering them to do their job esp.the coffee shop. They were making tiktoks & were visibly annoyed at anyone who asked for a drink. We got scammed by the hotel snorkeling service & were only refunded half of our $.To make this trip even better my bathing suit cover up & sandles were stolen off the beach. This was my 2nd time in Punta cana, while the sand is very soft, water so clear and great weather, I would NEVER go to this resort again. STAY AWAY!

We spent 7 days at caribe deluxe, we upgraded to platinum looking for a better service. Also we picked this resort especially because of the kids activities and pool water slides, when my husband went to play with our daughter the security was very rude and said that he was not allowed to play with her there. Our daughter is 14months old and can’t play alone. We were so frustrated. The room was outdated, baths were leaking. A very strong mold smell in the room. After the first day we changed to a premium suite that was the same with same or worst issues. Staff were always tired with a few exceptions. Dinner was very limited. We invested a high amount into a vacation that was not worth it.
