The staff was very nice! I think it’s the perfect resort if you’re looking for something relaxing, but they do offer entertainment each day (in case you get bored). I would also recommend going to Juanillo beach by shuttle from the hotel!

This property was an amazing adult only all inclusive get a way. Quiet and serene - we stayed in the swim up room which I highly recommend. Dining and all around staff were exceptional and attentive. Looking forward to returning soon!

Unfortunately, my experience at this resort fell short of my expectations. The room that was assigned to me was old and dirty, with a couch that had visible stains. Even worse, the Jacuzzi was not even cleaned when we checked in. The room service was slow, and on one occasion, we left the resort on a trip and returned to a dirty room. What was even more frustrating was the fact that dirty dishes were left outside our hall for more than 24 hours. Overall, the resort's cleanliness and service were disappointing. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better guest experience in the future. Food was ok
