Find us at our Aliados Stone Apartment, a renovated apartment full of style that retains the beauty of stone walls and the essence of a typical Portuguese home. Ideally located, this is the perfect retreat to fully absorb the true Porto spirit during your vacation.  
  
For your convenience, our apartment is equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with channels.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment features one master suite with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable and beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities needed for your comfort. This apartment is perfect for families, couples on vacation, business professionals, or a weekend getaway in the Invicta city of Porto.  
  
For your convenience, our apartment includes an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with channels.  
  
Book now! Because Liiiving is easy.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the entire apartment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
It will be located on Rua do Bonjardim, just a 5-minute walk from Porto City Hall and the city's landmark: Avenida dos Aliados. Practically across the street, you will be near great restaurants like Vaccarum and Almeja. Go there and try for yourself. Don’t miss a walk down Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça da Batalha, Sé Cathedral, São Bento Station, and Praça da Ribeira.  
  
To stock up, walk about 250 meters to find supermarkets on Rua de Sá da Bandeira. There is also the Trindade Parking (paid) just 2 minutes from the apartment. For longer trips, you’ll have the Trindade metro station 300 meters away, connecting you to all the city's transportation.

You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).  
  
You also have access to a wide range of public transportation options.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.  
  
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.  
  
In case you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.  
  
If you're thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you're bringing more than one, please contact us.  
  
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to €190. If these expenses exceed that amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant agrees to allow entry of a collaborator for property inspection, whenever requested by the host, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected.  
  
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request).  
  
You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request (price upon request).  
  
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.

#### Modern apartment in a perfect location

This is a beautiful, modern apartment that was perfect for my family (kids are 12 and 9). The location is ideal. It is so close to great food and transportation. Check in was extremely easy and the property managers were responsive. It was so nice having this as our base during our Porto vacation. Highly recommend!
