Find us at the Historic Clérigos Studio 2F, a newly renovated studio located less than 2 minutes walk from the Clérigos Tower and the famous Galerias de Paris, in the heart of Porto's downtown! Romantic, full of light, modern, and cozy, this property is perfect for those who want to experience all the vibrant energy of the city of Porto.  
  
Feel free to ask if you need any further adjustments!  
  
The Space:  
You will find a newly decorated studio with a double bed, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with the basics, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort.  
  
For your convenience, our apartment offers air conditioning, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is located in the heart of the cultural and tourist center of the city, where all the fun happens! It is next to renowned restaurants and bars in Porto, in a lively neighborhood!  
  
It is about 300 meters from the Aliados Metro Station, and all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, such as: the Clérigos Tower; the Lello Bookstore; the Douro River with the famous D. Luís Bridge; the Sé Cathedral; the Avenida dos Aliados; and many more. There are supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies, and shops nearby. In the evening, the surrounding streets offer the liveliest spots in the city.  
  
To explore the riverfront area of the city, we recommend taking bus number 500 near the São Bento Train and Metro Station. This route starts in the downtown area of Porto, passes through the Ribeira neighborhood, along the Douro River, the Foz area, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can enjoy typical fish dishes, seafood, and regional products from the north of Portugal.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!  
  
Getting Around:  
You can request our transfer service whenever necessary (price upon request).  
  
There is also a vast public transportation network available to you.  
  
The nearest metro station, Aliados, is located 350 meters from the apartment.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the fee will be provided upon consultation.  
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/television usage up to 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
