Everything was perfect.... almost. Our trip was centered around my 80+ y.o. in-laws and there was no way to get them to the water. The beach is no longer flat, there is a 6 foot embankment that you have to climb. The rented golfcart I had waiting was useless. Having a home on the beach was a wonderful way to spend each day. The sunsets from our decks were incredible! We loved the numerous outside decks and the screened-in area for those who needed a break from the sun. The home was divided into three distinct living areas, providing space for each of our three families and a common kitchen and dining area. The home was beautifully decorated with comfortable couches and lounging areas. The home description stated 5 bedrooms and four baths. There are 6 sleeping areas, but the 4th is a loft, and the 5th is in the downstairs area. Each of these has a trundle bed. There are three full baths with one 1/2 bath, which was a surprise since we anticipated four full baths. The upstairs master suite was amazing! The beach is quiet even during the middle of the summer and was exactly what we were looking for. Overall the home was lovely and the beachfront location was excellent! ##### Lisa T. The house had so many living areas to relax with amazing views from almost every spot. You really can’t get better beach access, it’s perfect for families who just want to be on the beach all day. The only room for improvement I can even name is it would be nice to have a trash can down stairs in the laundry and bathroom area, this was obviously not a deal breaker by any means. One of the bedrooms had spiders in the bed but the property managers were easy to contact and make aware, no doubt they have addressed that. When we first arrived there was an issue with the water having a foul smell in the house but it was resolved immediately. This was our second time staying on the cape and this home was just unbeatable. We will be returning to this home when we come back! ##### Angela D.
