### Cozy 3BR Chalet With Pools & Private Garden Near Mediterranean Sea

Welcome to Domaine de la Grenatière, the Residential Leisure Park on the nature side of Etang de Thau, ideally located on a wine estate between Marseillan and Pomerols. Let go and come enjoy a peaceful vacation between vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea.  
  
All our rentals are real comfortable chalets with equipped kitchens, covered wooden terraces and private gardens.  
  
All the pleasures of swimming: The Domaine de la Grenatière allows you to enjoy all the pleasures of swimming. Two options are available to you: a covered area with heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy swimming in all weathers (from April to the end of October). An outdoor area with swimming pool and beach to enjoy the sun on the deckchairs. (from May to September)  
  
As you will have understood, staying in our Domaine de la Grenatière residential leisure park means ensuring a vacation that is both refreshing and relaxing.

1 double bedroom (160\*200cm) with shower room and WC  
1 double bedroom (140\*200cm)  
1 bedroom 3 single beds including 1 bunk bed (90\*200cm) and 1 trundle bed (80\*200cm)  
Duvets and pillows provided.  
Household linen not provided - Possibility to rent sheets and bath towels (only upon reservation and subject to availability - with supplement)  
Shutters in the bedrooms.  
1 Living room equipped with non-convertible sofa, television, dining table.  
1 Fitted and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster.  
Air conditioning in the living room.  
2 SDE  
1 separate toilet  
1 covered terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs  
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner  
Non-smoking chalet inside.  
Place reserved for the chalet but not on the plot.  
  
Cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant upon departure OR cleaning service carried out by a cleaning company at the price of €85 (tenant charge).  
  
Deposit and tourist taxes to be paid in advance via a secure link.  
  
The use of aquatic spaces is subject to the regulations in force within the Domaine (opening, opening hours). Nature Holiday’s is not responsible in the event of closure of on-site services.  
  
Rental of 2 nights minimum in low season and 7 nights minimum in July and August  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

Access to the Mediterranean Sea: In the heart of nature, pass through the vineyards to get to the port of Marseillan and follow the Etang de Thau along the cycle path to reach our large fine sandy beaches located 9km from the estate. It's time to relax while your children build fine sand castles. With friends or family, an afternoon at the beach under the Mediterranean sun is the ideal opportunity for everyone to have a good time. Without forgetting the many activities that await you: beach volleyball, sea walking, rugby tournament, etc. There is something for everyone.
