This lovely 1 bdrm apartment right down the street from the Italian market is an ideal place to stay. Lovely, immaculate, & comfortable 1 bedroom apartment designed and renovated for your comfort and convenience. Situated in the charming neighborhood of Bella Vista, around the corner from the Italian Market where Sylvester Stallone famously Rocky famously ran through in Rocky 1. This is a private reservation and the unit will be exclusive to you and your guests. Contactless assistance and check-in/out are available. Text, email, and message app support from 7 AM-11 PM EST. Emergency requests are promptly addressed based on team availability. This unit and neighborhood is a perfect getaway and minutes from the action if you choose to seek it. My apartment has all the amenities and perks you need. This is a neighborhood with much charm and history. You are surrounded by many lovely homes with traditional and quaint South Philadelphia charm and you will also see new developments with amazing layouts and facades being built The social scene is all around you, on 9th Street and Christian street where the Italian Market and dozens of food spots are all located. Also on 9th Street there are many places to eat and on Christian Street right around the corner there are plenty of places to have a drink or pick up or dine-in, with with some great food. But even better right on the corner of the property there is an amazing Italian restaurant with a fantastic outdoor seating vibe. You must try it. You are also minutes from Center City and Passyunk ave so finding something to do is only a short walk or a few mins away. You have full private access to unit Our 1 bedroom apartment has many amenities even if you don't see them in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, microwave, toaster, and of course a coffee maker, everything you need to make home-cooked meals or if you choose to eat in. This is a great cost saver when needed. There is a quiet and intimate bedroom with clean and fresh linens, plush quilts, a ceiling fan for fresh air, and a private doorway and closet space. Equipped with a nice clean bathroom, stable water pressure, and shower and tub installation. The toilet, vanity, and mirror are all also included. The living room area is a favorite since the large windows face the street for natural sunlight. It is also a great place to double as a work station if you are working from home. There is a comfortable sofa sleeper, which will keep you feeling lazy all day long. Flat screen tv is Netflix and Hulu-ready. The living room also leads into the dining area space, where you can sit and have a nice meal for two. Or set up your laptop and get to work on your priority projects. You can get anywhere from here, you can walk to Broad Street and take the Subway at the Broad street station called "South/Lombard St".
