Quelques conseils : -Ne pas parler à ses potentiels clients au téléphone devant d'autres client en proposant un prix beaucoup plus attractif que celui proposé aux clients sur place pour le même logement. -Prévoir le matériel nécessaire quand le logement est à un endroit plein de moustique. Des moustiquaires par exemple histoire de faire semblant. - Nettoyer le logement (trouver des cafards morts depuis des siècles, des étiquettes de vêtements, de la crasse dans les tiroirs et placards, des miroirs avec plein de saletés, de la nourriture entamée dans le frigo c'est pas cool.) - Avoir du matériel qui fonctionne ! La clim dans le salon qui ne fonctionne pas car "les gens ont l'habitude de rester dans les chambres et pas dans le salon" ce n'est pas une excuse valable. - Remplacer les savons mis à disposition ou ne pas en mettre du tout ! Car les savons avec des poils/cheveux ou les poils/cheveux dans les lavabos c'est pas cool mon plus ! Tellement inconfortable qu'au lieu de 15 jours nous y avons passé ,2 nuits ! Et évidemment il a bloqué mon numéro. C'est ma faute ! J'enverrai quelqu'un sur place dorénavant avant de payer autant pr un logement qui ne vaut pas du tout ce que j'ai payé. Bon courage pour la suite.
