The Lakeside Pool, adjoining Lake Carillon, is the quietest and least used of the three community pools. Open concept main floor features oversized living, dining, and kitchen space with wide-plank hardwood floors. The screened porch opens to an outdoor entertainment area with a wood-burning fireplace, grill and wicker seating. Guests can relax in a courtyard by the fireplace or toast the setting sun from the 3rd floor tower. A second primary ensuite bedroom, guest bedroom, and double twin room are on the second floor. The dreamy primary bedroom has a king bed positioned against a reclaimed wood backdrop opening onto an expansive balcony with lake and dune views. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a double twin bedroom share a bathroom with a shower. From this home you will have immediate access, not only to community pools and amenities, but also to grocery, drug store, ATM, donut shops, specialty shopping and restaurants, all within a less than 5 minute drive. 1st Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/ Tub Separate Half Bathroom: Toilet Only 2nd Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/ Tub Separate Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower Twin Bedroom: Two Twin Beds We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Walk-Over 7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests in the house. Seas The Moments is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away. Carillon Beach is without a doubt an invigorating retreat. Whether you relax in style or energize in fun activity, enjoy the best-kept secret around, Carillon Beach. Come and enjoy yourself. Apr 22, 2024 #### Great house/ great location Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had great outdoor space, great bedroom layout and great location. It’s close to the beach and close to the pool. We had a few issues with the dryer not working and then stove not working but we’re able to use the ones in the carriage house. Not ideal but it worked. I believe they are now fixed as well. Plenty of beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. I will add that I don’t love the fact that they don’t have cable. You have to stream everything which was a little bit of a pain.
