"Regardless of the property itself, I was very disappointed/dissatisfied with the way that I was treated overall as a consumer. They seemed numb and very nonchalant about my dissatisfaction as a customer, which I refuse to tolerate."

"Upon entry the hotel is adorable. I loved the vintage feel and decor of the main tower. Our room was a nice size, however there was standing water in the bathtub and false eyelashes stuck on the mirror. The front desk was helpful and upon request moved me into a new room. Sadly the outlets in the bathroom and on the night stand did not work. Getting ready for a night out was challenging. Also, we spent the afternoon at the oasis pool. We were told a staff member would bring pool towels out to guests. Sadly we never received any pool towels after spending 2+ hours at the pool."

"Older hotel (still has popcorn ceilings) but clean and well maintained. Central location right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Basic hotel, but no real issues. If the price is right it's worth it."

"This is a desert staple! The perfect little get away with such old charm. There is nothing bougie about it. Simplicity at its finest. The front of house at check in was amazing and so charming. Our bartender during karaoke was hilarious. He made our night. The pools were wonderful. Our patio to walk out to the pools was so convenient. We will be making this our regular little getaway stay."
