WHAT'S NEARBY This home is located just over a mile northeast of the heart of Palm Springs, where you can spend your days dining at acclaimed restaurants, popping in and out of art galleries, and enjoying all sorts of nightlife along Palm Canyon Drive. Hikers will find scenic trails to explore in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) and Indian Canyons (six miles south), while golfers will be a short drive from more than 100 world-class golf courses in the immediate area. In search of an unforgettable desert view? Be sure to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only six miles west. THINGS TO KNOW \-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. \-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. \-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
