In the heart of the Tuscan countryside. CASA PANORAMICA is situated on top of a hill in the municipality of Palaia (Pisa) in the middle of other green Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence.
The location of the property offers easy access to the coastal beaches and the main towns and tourist attractions of Tuscany.
Spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside! Garden and olive grove on the property (28,000 m2) that includes a swimming pool the size of Mt. 7x4x1,5 h.
The whole house is located on the ground floor and this makes it accessible to people with mobility impairments (note: the bathroom does not allow access with a wheelchair). TV-SAT and WI-FI.
Location: 1 km from Palaia (shops, newsagents, Pubs, Bars, Restaurants), 15 km Pontedera (shopping centers, offices and all kinds of shops), 40 km Pisa, 45 km from the beaches, 50 km Florence.Very peaceful.

Tuscany landscape at its best

If you like tuscan landscape as much as we do, this is the place to stay: the panoramic view is extraordinary and the house itself is well equipped and big enough for 4 people.

Toskana at its best

We were exceptionally welcomed by the host family and enjoyed every second of our stay. The word Panoramica for the Villa is almost underrated for the stunning views. The nearby village Palaia is a Tuscany jewel and just everything you would like to see is close. A place we certainly want to come back.

The location of the house is just graet: a fantastic view over the Tuscany landscape. It is very quiet, separated from the street boasts a large pool and offers beautiful walks through the olive gardens and the canyon behind the house. The house is very spacious, clean, with a well eqipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms amd a nice living room. It's perfectly suited for great holidays in Tuscany. We would especially express our thanks for the cordial welcome we received from the very friendly and helpful representatives of the house owner.i

Wonderful house and view on Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Panoramica. The name of the house is very true: the view on Tuscany from the house is overwhelmingly beautiful. The house is relatively small but perfect for four people and has everything one needs during a fortnight stay. Marica and Luca were very generous and helpful hosts. They were always available for support and information. The village of Palaia has a few good, affordable restaurants and lovely icecreams at the Gelataria. We visited Livorno, Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca. Lucca is absolutely a 'must visit' for everyone.

Traumhafte Ferien

Traumhaft schön gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf die weichen Hügelzüge der Toskana. Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Im nahe gelegenen Palaia vielseitige kulinarische Möglichkeiten. Nachteile: grenzt an Strasse; regelmässig bellende Hundemeute in der Ferne.

Einfach schön…

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Empfang durch Marica und die sehr gute Betreuung durch sie und Ihren Mann Luca. Mille grazie. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Lage mit großartigen Blick in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen. Zum relaxen der Garten mit kleinen Olivenhain und der schöne Pool. Das Haus sauber und wirklich mit allen ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Sogar alle Fenster und Terrassentüren mit Fliegengitter. Die Lage ist sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Livorno, Pisa, Florenz, Lari alles unter eine Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ganz kleiner Nachteil der Lage ist, dass gut sortierte Supermärkte auch etwas weiter weg sind. Mal eben kurz klappt da nicht. Restaurants in der Nähe gut (z.B. Pettirosso in Palaia oder I Tigli in Colleoli).

Met recht prachtig panoramisch

We hebben een fantastisch fijn verblijf gehad met ons gezin met onze 2 kinderen in leeftijd 8-12 jaar in dit leuke huis. Het panoramisch uitzicht rondom het huis is adembenemend en met recht prachtig. Heel prive, ruim voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten, fijn zwembad en badkamer. Hoewel aan de weg, viel het geluid/overlast heel erg mee. Ontvangst en contact met verhuurder is heel prettig geweest, met hulp ook voor restaurants en tips voor activiteiten. Dank nogmaals hiervoor. En excuses dat we door vakantie mind-set helemaal vergaten het vuilnis aan de weg te zetten! Als we iets ter verbetering zouden moeten zeggen; misschien iets comfortabelere sofabank binnen en minder wiebelend bed van de kinderen. Maar dat zijn kleine details. We hebben erg genoten en zouden zo weer terugkomen en een verblijf hier zeker aanraden!

Im Herzen der Toskana

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Marica empfing uns sehr herzlich und überraschte uns mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein.❤️ Der Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool machten den Ort perfekt. Von dort aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen und haben tolle Städte und Orte besichtigen können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wunderschöner Blick und viel Ruhe. Bequeme Betten, Mückengitter und Fensterläden, die sehr gut abdunkeln. Alles vorhanden, Marcia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet. Die viel befahrene Straße neben dem Haus störte kaum. Keine Eierbecher und für uns leider nur 2 Steckdosen brauchbar, da andere Typ in Italien. Für mich waren die Moskitos schlimm, draußen abends nicht hinzusetzen. Tolle Städte gut zu erreichen, sehenswert, leider über sehr langgezogene kurvenreiche Stecken. Deutsches TV Programm.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben 14 Tage in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir waren mit zwei Jungs ( 10 und 13 Jahre) und unserer französischen Bulldogge dort und wir waren alle restlos begeistert. Der Pool, Garten und Ausblick waren einfach wunderschön. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit auf der überdachten Terrasse eingenommen und den tollen Ausblick und zahlreiche Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Der Pool ist groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Marica hat uns mit Wein und Obstkorb sehr freundlich empfangen und uns auch einige Tipps gegeben. Außerdem hat sie uns sehr geholfen als unser Sohn kurzfristig zum Arzt musste. Dafür waren wir wirklich sehr dankbar. Wir fanden Palaia superschön. Es ist ein kleines Bergdorf mit einem Café/Eisdiele, einer Kneipe und mehreren Restaurants. Außerdem gibt es drei kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, in denen man frisches Obst usw. einkaufen kann. Für den Großeinkauf muss man 10 Minuten fahren aber das ist ja völlig ok. Wir haben jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee in Palaia getrunken und vermissen ihn schon sehr. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Erholung pur mit sensationeller Aussicht

Wir wurden vor Ort schon sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Obstkorb empfangen und es wurde uns alles sehr nett erklärt. Das Haus ist ein Ort der Erholung mit einer sensationellen Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft, in dem man abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wenn man doch einmal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind Pisa, Volterra und San Gimignano leicht erreichbar. Wir werden hier sicher nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht haben. Alles top!

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in Palaia. Von Marica, die perfekt Deutsch spricht, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Auf dem Tisch standen zwei Schalen mit leckerem Obst und Gemüse. Der Ausblick aus dem Garten ist wunderschön! Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir sogar einige Male draußen grillen. Unseren ersten Morgenkaffee gab es natürlich auch jeden Morgen draußen in der Sonne. Natürlich durften Ausflüge nach Pisa und Siena nicht fehlen. Ein toller Tipp ist Marina di Pisa, wenn man ans Meer fahren möchte. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, sicherlich auch sehr schön in der wärmeren Jahreszeit.

Wonderful house in a wonderful place

We had a very nice stay in Palaia: the house was very clean and had all the things we needed. We all enjoyed the swimming pool a lot (it was also very hot that period). The house is situated 2 kms out of Palaia village. It has an extraordinary view over the Toscane hills. The only noise we had, were barking dogs now and then a few hundred meters further, but that's a very minor pick. Palaia is also perfectly situated to visit all the interesting cities and villages (Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, Sienna, San Gimignano, ...1u to 1u30 drive max)). We had a little problem with the doorkeys (which was totally our own fault), but it was perfectly taken care of by the owner herself and the fire brigade, for which we were very grateful. Nothing negative to say here. If we return to Toscane, we will likely come back here again.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in der Toskana für die ganze Familie

Wir, mein Mann unser drei Kinder (11, 7, 3) und ich haben gerade zwei super tolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und habe es alle sehr genossen. Keiner wollte wieder weg. Die Kinder liebten natürlich den tollen Pool, der vor allem in der Nacht wunderschön aussieht und zum späten Baden einlädt . Ich selbst konnte mich an der herrlichen Aussicht gar nicht satt sehen und mein Mann freute sich jede heiße Nacht über die bestens funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wie viele schon beschrieben, konnte man vom Haus aus super zu Ausflügen (Strand, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra)haben mir gemacht) in der Region starten. Alles unter einer Stunde bis Stunde erreicht. Vielen Dank, liebe Marcia für die super tolle Kommunikation mit dir. Alles super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Tolle Lage und netter Kontakt

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bspw. an den Strand, San Giminiani, Florenz, Pisa. Auch die Betreuung von Marica war super. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass es in Italien oft nur die Möglichkeit gibt an der Straße zu spazieren. Die Restaurants vor Ort waren auch alle sehr gut.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Wir haben genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe, Privatsphäre, Natur und tolles Wetter. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Volterra, San Gimignano etc.) waren gut zu erreichen. Als Supermärke empfehlen sich Conad und Coop. Das beste Eis gibt es beim Eisweltmeister in San Gimignano, die besten Trüffel in Volterra (frische Trüffelbutter), den besten Espresso bei Nannini in Siena - der Weg lohnt sich. Das Eis im Dorf ist nett, aber mehr nicht. Palaia selbst ist eher unspektakulär. Luca hat uns das Haus ganz entspannt übergeben und sogar länger aufgrund eines Staus auf uns gewartet. Vielen Dank.
