Located on the exclusive East Bank, here you can enjoy tranquility, relaxing walks, luxury boutiques and the beach, while the vibrant city life of Ostend is only a short distance away. Upon entering the open living room with fully equipped kitchen, you are immediately welcomed by the beautiful open view. Large windows provide an abundance of natural light and give access to the spacious surrounding terrace, which you can fully enjoy during your stay. The stylish living area is tastefully decorated with warm earth tones, an elegant designer sofa and a cozy dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, divided into two beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made with quality linen, so you can immediately enjoy a carefree stay. For extra comfort, the apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and double sink, and a second with a shower and single sink. There is also a separate toilet. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge during your vacation. To make your stay complete, as a guest at Central Park Tower residence you can take advantage of the exclusive facilities, including an indoor heated pool and gym. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities. Other Things to Note: PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750.
