Property Summary  
Flores is a beautiful semi-detached house that offers a comfortable and convenient holiday rental experience. Situated just 5 km from the center of Dehesa de Campoamor and 2 km from Playa Flamenca, this two-story property boasts a prime location in a sunny area. With a private garden, swimming pool, terrace, and a barbecue area, you'll have ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the warm Spanish weather. Inside, the house features a roof terrace, providing additional outdoor living space. Amenities such as Internet Wifi, parking, and a yard contribute to a hassle-free vacation rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor areas of Flores are a true highlight. Guests can take advantage of the private, fenced garden and the seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m), available from January 1st to December 31st. An outdoor shower, terrace, and barbecue area create the perfect setting for alfresco dining and relaxation. The property's sunny position further enhances the outdoor experience.

Flores is conveniently located near various amenities and services. A grocery store and supermarket are just 280 meters away, while restaurants, bars, and cafés are within a 130-meter radius. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop situated 400 meters from the property. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups.

Flores is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area. The sandy beach of Playa La Zenia is just 1.4 km away, making it easy to enjoy a day by the sea. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room semi-detached house with an area of 70 square meters spanning across two levels. The house boasts a comfortable and beautiful furnishing, featuring a living/dining room equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. There are three bedrooms, with one room containing two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, another room with a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the terrace and swimming pool, and the third room with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The house also includes a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a private patio, heating, a microwave, and a television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests and features three bedrooms and one bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The property offers a terrace with outdoor furniture, a sitting area, and a barbecue, providing a scenic view of the town. Additional facilities available for your convenience include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space is provided at the house.
