### Modern 4 Bed Villa with Pool LC4

Summary:  
  
We are proud to present this modern villa in the prestigious five star Las Colinas Golf Resort with private outdoor pool, perfect for you to enjoy your vacation at any time of the year. It is a high quality modern construction villa. It has all aspects of living in the countryside to the fullest due to the marvellous location in one of the best 18-hole golf courses of Europe, Las Colinas. New for Winter 2025/2026: Heated pool available for an additional nightly fee.  
  
The Space:  
  
As you enter the property thought a large entrance hall with spectacular views of the swimming pool. The hallway leads onto a large open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a superb breakfast bar. There are large windows across the back of the property. From the kitchen is secret door which leads to a utility room with washing machine. At the front of the villa is a master bedroom with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower. On the opposite side of the hallway is the second bedroom with a family bathroom also with a rainfall shower. This bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes.  
  
There are a set of stairs that lead up to a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes, this large bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with walk a walk in shower. This bedroom leads out onto the solarium.  
  
There is another set of stairs that lead down to the lower level of the property. There is the 4th Bedroom that is equipped with twin single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also another bathroom with the same equipment as the other family bathrooms. There are 2 additional rooms on this level, one is a games room that contains a ping pong table and the other is ideal for storage of luggage.   
  
On the outside, with direct access to the private garden of the villa, there is a large private pool. This Villa also offers sun beds where you can lie and enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine and a six person dinner table perfect for dinner alfresco with family and friends.  
  
It is a high quality modern construction villa. It has all aspects of living in the countryside to the fullest due to the marvellous location in one of the best 18-hole golf courses of Europe, Las Colinas.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Las Colinas located in Campoamor, southern Alicante is a 5 star golf resort with restaurant, gym and scenic walks through the local flora, orange groves and lemon groves. You also have more golf courses and a large variety of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
We recommend a car to get out and explore the surrounding towns and beaches.

Een mooie villa met 4 ruime kamers en badkamers. We waren met 3 volwassen koppels en 2 kinderen en beleefden hier een aangename week. Mits het betalen van een kleine meerprijs konden we de dag van aankomst vroeger inchecken en de dag van vertrek langer blijven, dank aan de makelaar hiervoor.

An excellent property in a quiet, safe and exclusive area. Large and spacious rooms. However, there were several issues. Air Conditioning was iffy - not working very well at times. No national Spanish TV channels. WiFi worked very well at all times. Pool is excellent. Sun loungers were rusty and dirtied our swim wear and towels.

#### Las Colinas Lentisco #1

The main reason we chose those Villa as a group of four friends in a golf trip were the 4 Rooms and Bathrooms. Unfortunately the bathrooms could not be used at the same time as there was literally no water if more than one shower used at a time, I have a video of this if someone wants to give me an email address to send it to. The general readiness of the villa for rental was not upto scratch, little things like no working toaster and tape left all around the pool. The bushes need trimmed back at the gate beside the drive way as they block the gate.overall when spending 1400 Euro I expected better. The location of the villa was very good. Air conditioning was good as was the overall cleanliness of everything else.
