Schlatt is a large, rustic farmhouse located in Oetz, Austria, situated above the town in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 meters from the edge of the forest and 5 kilometers from the skiing area. It offers amenities such as a yard, internet Wi-Fi, and parking. The property provides a storage room for bicycles, a storage room for skis, and a central heating system. Parking is available for two cars at the house.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy the convenience of walking paths located just 100 meters from the farmhouse. For those seeking winter adventures, the skisport facilities and ski rental are only 5 kilometers away, and a children's playground is within 500 meters. The property's location allows easy access to renowned ski regions such as Hochoetz (5 kilometers), Kühtai (14 kilometers), and Sölden (34 kilometers). Nature enthusiasts can explore the picturesque Piburger See lake, located 8 kilometers away.

The 5-room apartment covers an area of 130 square meters and is situated on the upper floor, facing west. It has been fully renovated in 2023 and boasts beautiful furnishings. The apartment features an entrance hall, two double bedrooms, and one room with a French bed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long). All rooms have access to the balcony, including the living room with satellite TV and a flat screen, the dining room with a dining table, and the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It features a shower room and a separate toilet. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the property, and the parquet floors add warmth and elegance. The large balcony provides a west-facing position with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and the valley. Outdoor furniture is available for you to enjoy the balcony.
