At the end of the day, you'll be greeted back home by TVs, free high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, dining space, and room-darkening blinds and curtains in all the bedrooms. There's even a beach locker on the ground floor available for your use. The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block west. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south. THINGS TO KNOW A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Poor lighting in the kitchen and lamps missing light bulbs. Had to purchase a coffee pot as the website didn't state it was a Keurig. Also would have liked info on location of the beach locker. Very thankful we had a covered balcony to enjoy the beach/ocean as it rained all weekend. Had a great time!! ##### Susan R. We spent the whole four days lounging, reading, and quilting. We talked, shared stories, and relaxed. I cooked for my friend’s and we hit Longboards for lunch. We couldn’t have had a better time. We loved Tony! We all love coffee and brought our own Starbucks but got to the place and found a Kurig, Tony brought us a brand new coffee maker! Then we realized none of us had a hair dryer, an hour later Tony brought us a brand new hair dryer! No blankets there 2 hours later, Tony brought us white down comforters!
