The Waldfrieden property is a large, rustic country house surrounded by meadows and fields in the district of Oberaschau, located 8 km from the center of Mondsee. It offers a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan for your vacation rental. Situated on top of a hill, 6 km from the lake, and amidst the countryside, this property provides a peaceful retreat.

You can enjoy shared access to the property's lawn and plants, as well as a lawn area for sunbathing. Additionally, there is a slide and swing on the premises for recreational activities.

Within the house, you'll find a restaurant and a table tennis facility for your convenience. Parking is available at the house, approximately 30 meters away.

The vacation property is a 3-room apartment called "Lärche" with an area of 95 square meters, situated on the second floor. It consists of a living room equipped with satellite TV and a CD player. Additionally, there is one room with a double sofa bed and a double bed, and another room with a double bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
  
The apartment features a kitchen/living room area with a mini-oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Dining can be enjoyed at the provided table. Access to a balcony is available from this area. The unit also includes two shower/WC facilities, heating, and parquet floors throughout. Outside, there are two balconies with balcony furniture. Facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot are available. Internet access is provided via WiFi and is complimentary. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.
