One outstanding feature is the private oceanfront elevated, oversized pool, which has the capability to be heated (Additional fees apply. Please call the office to set-up at least one week prior to arrival). You will be able to relax and swim while overlooking nothing but the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also relax and unwind in the hot tub located on the deck. You will also enjoy being able to prepare meals much quicker with the chef's kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, and 2 microwaves. Another outstanding feature of this home is all the windows, which give you such astonishing views and make you feel like you are floating on the ocean. Belly up to one of the two oceanfront bars and reminisce of the good old days while making new memories at the same time. There is no need to worry about bringing those groceries up to the top floor, as this home is equipped with its very own elevator. If you want to stay on the oceanfront side, you will find 6 oceanfront bedrooms to choose from. Hot water is not a problem at this home, as the water is heated by a instant water heater, so feel free to take that long shower if you wish. It was even better than I hoped. If I could give 6 stars I would. We stayed at their property "Saltwater Gospel". It was a group of 14 women celebrating my wife's 60th birthday. The common area on the top floor had epic views of the beach and sunrise. Everything was modern and in perfect running order. The house was pristine in its cleanliness. The ladies loved the heated pool (it was November) and the hot tub. It's adjacent to the beach so they could do a morning walk right off the deck. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious with top notch fixtures. As exceptional was the service from Better Beach Rentals. They helped us with early checkin and late checkout. Communication was prompt, complete and friendly. If we want another beach rental, it will be with Better Beach Rentals. ##### Peter K.
