We had plenty of room to park our boat and could drive right to the launch within minutes. The deck was great, amazing views and very peaceful. We even saw a few fireworks on the 4th! It is a A frame shape cottage and it has a view of the water and marina. When we arrived it was beautiful sunny day, so we sat on the deck in very comfortable Adirondack chairs!
