DÉCEVANT!!!

Les lits sont inconfortables, le déjeuner continental est pauvre et peu invitant, le restaurant où il est servi est sale. Le personnel en soirée est OK, le lendemain matin: peu serviable voire bête. Même pour une nuit de passage, à éviter.

Horrible rooms

It was horrible first at all the front of the hotel was dirty the rooms smell like weed I try three rooms and they all smell like that. I asked him for another and he said there were no more rooms but all the rooms next to me were never occupied

The staff was so so. The property was rundown like a gas station truck stop. The building has no apparent sign the front desk area appears to be a condemned building how businesses is ran through this location is beyond me. For the simple fact that my reservation was not refundable, is the sole reason for staying at this hotel. This location should not be advertised.

Not worth the money.. at all.

The hotel room we had was murky, dirty and had bugs on the walls and around the floor. I checked the beds and couldn't find any bed bugs, but I've read other reviews of there being bed bugs here. If I were you, I'd stay FAR away from this place.

What a horrible experience, checked in and toilet was working properly but I ended up fixing it do to my knowledge in plumbing so no big deal so I unpacked and ate my food but didn't finish all of it so I left it on the nightstand next to the bed. Fell asleep for 2hours to wake up to roaches crawling on the stand and around my FOOD! SO NASTY GOT ME ITCHING WHILE IM WRITING THIS... Called front desk and gave me another room but felt creepy all night....Will never stay at this hotel again

Wont let me upload pictures of the bugs Hotel was gross dirty smelled awful front desk guy was watching porn and you could hear it nasty. We walked in to find cockroaches on the floor under the sink dead and 1 bug alive looked like a baby one. Smelled terrible dirty and gross never stayed left. Offered another room same condition. Do not stay gross checked out and went somewhere else Norfolk is dirty place to stay wohldnt recommended

I know that this wasn’t a 5 stars place, but I never tough this place can be rent for other, as soon as you enter the whole place smelly like dog!!! And there is roaches!! Yes roaches everywhere, all sizes!!! The carpet is the dirtiest I have ever seem even the curtains has big stains. I went to look other places to stay but every was sold out, I have to come back with my kids and pull all our towels in the bed to let them lay down for the night, honestly this place is a nightmare and shouldn’t be business for others

The rooms aren’t that great! There was a problem with roaches in one room, and the sink didn’t work in another room. The pool was clean. What makes up for the rooms is the customer service is great! They immediately accommodated my needs and changes.

It was a one night stay. They switched my room to accommodate someone else last minute. I’m a smoker and got asked to a non smoking room. I took it cuz it was closer to the stairs. That the only reason. But after I mayself was so accommodating they weren’t on a later checkout (30-45mins later )

The key to the room didn’t work had to go back to the front more then 4 time open arrival the lights wasn’t working and my room wasn’t not fully up to part and they didn’t have the room that I payed for.

The property was ok and close to stores. But the main desk lady has a very thick accent and she was rushy when i called twice about the wifi not working. All of the lights went out for hours so my wife and i had to leave for around 4 hours or so. I was not accommodated for that at all and the free breakfast was basic. Cereal,small bagels ,fruit cups. No eggs bacon sausage or anything of the sort as other hotels gives.
