There were cobwebs and spider webs in the interior doorways to the bedrooms and bathroom, and some of the silverware was visibly dirty. The washer and dryer were filled with linens from what appeared to be the previous guests, which made it feel like the unit had not been properly turned over between stays. In addition, the second bed did not have pillowcases provided, which we had to address ourselves. On top of these issues, the noise from neighboring units was significant and made it very hard to sleep or relax, especially with a young child. It is close to shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to the local grocery stores. It had everything we needed and was located in a quiet area. Although it rained for most of our stay, we did enjoy the view from the balcony. My only suggestion would be to replace the iron, as it seemed quite old and didn’t work well, so I wasn’t able to iron any clothes during my stay. The views of the bridge from each room cannot be beat. This unit was well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed bringing in the new Year in this quiet location with gorgeous views ##### Jez D.
