We chose this room because we decided to bring my mom and youngest daughter and this room could accommodate the four of us. We were thrilled to find that the room was exactly what we saw in the photos. We couldn't find sheets for the murphy bed, just blankets-- but it was still comfortable. We loved access to the private dock for crabbing and had a great time visiting with other travelers as we sat around the boiling pots waiting to prepare our catch of the day. There was a sailboat that parked right outside our deck and we wondered if that was the actual owner of the condo, keeping an eye on us. lol Whoever they were, they seemed harmless enough, and perhaps just a part of life on the water. It was great having the kitchen area to make breakfast and ease into the day. It is within walking distance of the main road of little shops and eating places. The view from the balcony was amazing. You can sit and watch the boats coming and going and wind surfers. When I made reservations I was looking for a place to go with my disabled mother. She struggles going up/down stairs. When reading the description of the unit I did not see anything about stairs. This unit does require a set of stairs to be taken. We called to try to get moved to a different unit but were not successful. Thank goodness my mother was able to put in the effort to tackle the stairs. We had a great time. ##### Tania D. However, the unit wasn’t clean (floors gritty, dirty dishes in washer, mug in cabinet full of bacon grease). It was very noisy all day because of the landscaping during the day and the unit above blasting music from night into the morning. We were told to advise the landscaper to stop what he was doing while we were staying in the unit due to our infant needing to sleep. We didn’t think that she be our responsibility to tell them not to do their job. Some advanced notice of the noises would have been appreciated due to the fact it was hard for our baby to sleep all day which ruined our trip.
