Home Professionally Managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA.

This home is located on the 2nd floor of a newly build two unit home!  
  
This newly built 1 bedroom 1 bath ADU has a private entrance, private patio, fully equipped kitchen, custom built en-suite bath, in home laundry, AC and More!

LOCATION  
  
This property is located in Corona Del Mar alongside the famous Pacific Coast Highway. Jasmine st is located near China Cove & the Corona Del Mar State Beach. From this home, you can walk to the beach and or a number of world-class restaurants. For those who don't know that area, The Shops at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Downtown Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Newport Coast are all just a few  
minutes by car/Uber.  
  
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:  
  
\- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.  
  
\-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay.  
  
\- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.  
  
\- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.  
\- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.  
\- No Balcony Access after 10 pm  
\- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.  
\- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.  
\-You must climb (1) complete set of stairs to access the Home  
\- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
