Overall loved staying the place. Although it was quite noisy when other guests were talking nonstop loudly and not sure if they can see inside of the room as the room was directly the common terrace. Also you might wanna confirm the pickup time for tours or shuttles as it changes every time you ask. I didn’t see any bad intention but it occurs to me that I looked late as I was given 15mins later time than actual pickup. Still overall the staffs were helpful and the tour company was great, not over priced at all. And great restaurants, breakfast and rooftop terrace!

Excellent location, beautiful building, welcoming staff (especially Amir ) and they do everything to meet your expectations. Amir went above and beyond to help us with other stuff which had nothing to do with his job. I highly recommend this place and I am planning to go back to this place again.

Estuvimos dos noches en Acsencion caves hotel, y la verdad nos gusto mucho el local, pudimos gozar de una bonita vista desde el mirador que esta a unos cuantos metros, el desayuno exeelente, el servicio y limpieza del hotel,tambien la atencion de los empleados muy amables. Recomendado.

Staff was helpful to the best for there ability but sometimes the came short. The views from the room promised looking over the city but the view was blocked by owning that cover over restaurant below the room. Room are in very unique concept but they need to do preventive maintenance in few areas in the room.
