The house, majestically situated above the village, was extensively renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail and the old building fabric. The hosts are the Ott siblings. Total living space of 165 m2\. Spacious, light-flooded living/dining room with wood-burning stove and south-west-facing balcony (8m2). Open-plan kitchen with exit to the morning seating area (8m2) and access to the large terrace. 5 bedrooms, bathroom/WC and shower/WC. In the basement covered entrance with wardrobe, storage areas, washing machine and WC.  
The house is not suitable for people who are not good on foot.  
  
The kitchen: is well equipped with all necessary utensils, including fondue caquelon, raclette oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, etc.  
  
Bedroom: beds for 10 people incl. bed linen, bedside tables, lighting, chests of drawers  
 Bathroom 1: Daylight, shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail  
 Bathroom 2: Daylight, bathtub, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail.  
  
Garden: Large terrace 40 m2, natural swimming pond, barbecue area, lawn, further seating area (approx. 10 m2) with unobstructed view of the Churfirsten, the Speer and the valley. Garden furniture available.  
Private car park. Power cable (230V /16A) for electric car available.  
  
Shopping in the village, 5 minutes walk. Bakery and 24h shop with local delicacies  
Public transport (bus) in the village, 5 minutes on foot  
  
Other sports and leisure facilities: Sound trail with sound forge and sound experiences with taster courses in natural yodelling, valley swinging etc. Indoor swimming pool/sports centre in Bütschwil or Nesslau incl. sauna Sports centre with tennis, badminton, squash, outdoor pool, heated in Unterwasser For relaxation: day spa in the Hotel Hirschen in Wildhaus, also bookable with massages. A wide range of mountain inns and restaurants cater for your physical well-being

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Objekt besser, als es online dargestellt wird! :-) Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war leider nicht optimal, weil eine kurzfristige Rückfrage (Wlan Zugang) nicht ausreichend beantwortet wurde.

Meine Freundesgruppe hatte ein richtig schönes Wochenende. Das Haus liegt idylisch und hat schöne Flächen zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.
