The property is distributed over 2 floors, and to ensure privacy and security, the plot is fully fenced. Moreover, with the villa's location at sea level, there's no need for you to traverse up and down hills.  
  
The villa's private pool is equipped with a saltwater system, which is a healthier alternative to traditional chlorinated pools. You can take a dip and enjoy a refreshing swim without exposing yourself to harsh chemicals. The pool is just another added bonus that makes this villa an excellent choice for your next getaway.
