Nothing went as it should have, and the overall experience was unacceptable. First, the \*\*address listed was incorrect\*\*, making it nearly impossible to locate the place. When we tried calling the provided contact number, it \*\*didn’t work at all\*\*. The agency responsible for check-in was \*\*closed in the middle of the day without any warning online\*\*, leaving us waiting outside with no help. At check-in, we were suddenly told we had to pay \*\*an extra fee in cash\*\*, with \*\*no receipt given\*\*. We also had to hand over a \*\*large deposit\*\*, which \*\*still hasn’t been returned even after a week\*\*. The room itself was \*\*tiny, filthy, and extremely barebones\*\*—nothing like the pictures online. The \*\*photos on the website were completely false advertising\*\*. The worst part was the \*\*door, which barely locked and felt unsafe\*\*, making it impossible to relax. The walls were \*\*paper-thin\*\*, so noise was constant, and basic amenities like \*\*toilet paper\*\* weren’t even provided.
