Il suffit de s’asseoir près de la cheminée en hiver. Couchage 4 confortablement 1 chambre privée avec un lit queen size, 1 boudoir avec un canapé-lit queen size tous deux neufs avec un surmatelas pour un confort exta, très central, Garez votre véhicule à 5 minutes à la Place Des Arts, puis déplacez-vous à pied ou en métro, à proximité de tous les restaurants et boutiques raffinés. En hiver, vous pouviez voir la patinoire de la suite, Juste pour rire est de l’autre côté de la rue. Internet, blanchisserie, l’endroit est désinfecté entre les clients. Le bâtiment est très sécurisé. Tous les invités ont apprécié l’emplacement. Everywhere you want to go is in walking distance. Multiple RESO stations are located a short walk away offering even more options to get around. Street parking is available but the city has weird ours according to the pay app. We ended up parking at the UQAM science building parking lot located a couple of streets over from the condo. It was super cheap for 3 days (24 Canadian). The actual neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery/market options. There’s also a gas station located directly around the corner for convenience items and fuel. The view is spectacular. When you wake up you’re basically looking out towards old port and place des arts which are both in your back yard. I will be back for sure. This condo is in an ideal location. You won’t realize how perfectly it’s located until you start navigating the city. The condo was great for us. We each had our own bed (my friend and I). The shower was wonderful after adventuring for 10 hours a day. The condo has everything you need. The building is quiet and I always felt safe. Went away for a boys weekend in late January. Temperature was about 1 degree outside and This place is in a great central spot with Places are all around you, and/or within a 30 min walk otherwise. Michel was great, everything as described. Thoughtful space, has all those small things you might need when going away but forget, sugar, spices, coffee etc. The nespresso machine was a great bonus, and the washer, dryer, and dishwasher, stove, toaster oven, all great touches for a cozy place to rest your head.
