Breathtaking view of the gardens Biovès setting of the Lemon Festival, ideal location close to all shops and beaches (50 meters!) from the casino, bus and train stations, opposite the tourist office. Public parking nearby (200 meters). An ideal base for visiting the region.

A month in Menton
We had the best stay in Menton this September 2023. Sandra was very easy to work with, understanding, and communication was very fast. We felt like we were a part of the neighborhood and would not hesitate to return to Sandra’s flat again. The description is accurate; the kitchen perfect for cooking; the bed extremely comfortable; the rooms and spaces well designed. The location (for so many reasons) and light throughout the flat are the best features for us.

Fantastic host , superb location, comfortable apartment.
We had a very comfortable stay at Sandra's apartment for 6 nights. Sandra is a fantastic host, responsive and very accommodating especially with our midnight check in due to flight delayed and later check out. The apartment is superbly located at the main street. Less than 5 minutes walk from beach, train and bus station. Grocery stores and cafe are nearby. It is a newly refurbished, bright and modern apartment despite it is in an old building. The stair and corridor are clean and well maintained. There is a lift if required. We felt safe to stay in the apartment and the surrounding area. Traffic noise can be heard during day time when windows or doors are open, however, doors and windows are double glazes which minimizes the noise when shut. The apartment has simple decor and spotless clean. The bed is comfortable, shower is great and wifi is strong. Kitchen contains essential for cooking meals, if you don't feel like eating out all the time. We highly recommend Sandra's apartment and would stay again if we come back to Menton.

Great stay!
The accommodations and location of this apartment were exactly right for our one week stay in Menton. We wish our time there were longer. The apartment is close to the train station, the bus to Monaco and Nice Airport, grocery shopping, restaurants, the tourist office, and, of course, the beach. During the day the street is lively, but we were never bothered by noise at night. The apartment’s decor is simple and relaxing and comfortable. Sandra was friendly and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend it to friends.

Zu laut
Wohnung wirklich sehr schön und die Lage sehr zentral. Aber diese zentrale Lage war für uns auch das Problem. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse und die Fenster sind einfach nicht ausreichend als Lärmschutz gegen den starken Verkehr frühmorgens und abends, wenn wir schlafen wollten. Höhepunkt war eine Nachtbaustelle direkt unter unserem Fenster bis 2:30 Uhr (!) In der Nacht vor unserer Abreise. Dafür kann unsere Vermieterin zwar nichts, macht aber deutlich, wie wichtig entsprechende Lärmschutzfenster an dieser Straße sind.
