The area in which the apartment is located is surrounded by stately buildings, and is well served and connected to the city center and the main points of interest. In particular, thanks to its strategic position, you can easily reach on foot or by public transportation: - the Indro Montanelli gardens, the perfect place for your jogging session or a relaxing break. In the Gardens you find both Milan Planetarium and the Civic Museum of Natural History; - Corso Buenos Aires, one of the oldest shopping streets in Milan offering more than 350 shops and boutiques; - Porta Garibaldi district (only 2 subway stops away), recently redeveloped and made extremely modern: here there are the UniCredit Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Italy, and the “Vertical Forest” (Bosco Verticale), a complex consisting of two residential towers with terraces completely covered with plants; - Corso Como, the heart of nightlife in Milan, near the station Garibaldi/Porta Nuova; - Milan Duomo, the city landmark, and Piazza della Scala, set of the world-renowned Scala theatre; - Milano Triennale, considered the Italian Institution for design, architecture, decorative and visual arts, as well as fashion and audiovisual production, which houses permanent and temporary exhibitions. The location of the apartment is also ideal to easily reach Città Studi, home of the Politecnico di Milano, about 1 km away (12 minutes on foot).

This elegant apartment of about 150 sq. mt. is located on the 1st floor with elevator in an elegant and stately building. It is very bright and is equipped with double glazed windows and air conditioning in all rooms. It is also characterized by high-design furnishings including brands such as Baxter, Flos, Cantori, Venini, Kartell, and L'Origine.  
The apartment opens onto an entrance that leads to all of the rooms: - the eat-in kitchen which includes a microwave and dishwasher as well as a TV and a marble table for 6 guests. From the kitchen there is access to a balcony overlooking the internal side of the building; - the living room furnished with a crystal table for 8, a bookcase, a 52” TV, a sofa for 3, and a sculpture by Francesco Niccolini above the marble fireplace (decorative, non-functional). The living room also includes 2 French doors overlooking Via Vallazze; - a bedroom with a single bed and a second single pull-out bed, furnished with a one-door wood closet, a TV, and a French door overlooking Via Vallazze; - a second bedroom with a French bed and a wardrobe with 3 doors, with a window facing the internal side of the building; - a third double bedroom with 2 walk-in closets, a chest of drawers, a TV, and a French door overlooking Via Vallazze; - a bathroom with a large stone shower, a wooden countertop, and a marble sink; - a second bathroom decorated in marble with a bathtub.  
The flooring is in parquet. One of the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen are in stoneware while the second bathroom has a marble floor.
