"Nice, quiet and cute B&B with nice design details and super friendly staff. Not quite the lux spot the listing made it out to be (more like 4 stars than 5) but still a really solid choice if you’re looking for a B&B."
"Property was just like the photos. It is in a great location within walking distance of everything. It’s the second time we have stayed at the Present, and would stay there again."

10/10 Excellent
"This was my first time staying here and I enjoyed it. I had my dog with me for a conference. They are dog friendly, and there is access to the park across the street or you can visit one of the squares behind the hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming, Zippy, the bartender is super cute and fun to have a few drinks with, my bed was really comfortable, and I love the sheets and the comforter. Overall, it was a great day and the pet rate was so much more reasonable here than at any other hotel and that is very much appreciated when I travel with my dog. "
"Wonderful step back into the past. Complimentary social hour in the lobby with piano music. Exquisite!
Great bellmen/carhop and front desk help. Restaurants very nearby and convenient to Riverfront area. Loved the whole experience. "
"The property was very spacious and clean. Our room was great. We had a two bedroom two bath and it was perfect for myself and my daughter. Very nicely decorated and nicely stocked in the room except it could use extra blankets or an extra throw in the living room The staff at the front desk were very friendly. All the common areas were beautiful. We did enjoy the pool, except there was no umbrellas to escape from the very hot sun and immense heat last week when we were there. I found that to be a problem since it’s pretty common to have shaded areas around a pool. We tried to rent the bicycles, but we were told that three out of the four bicycles that the hotel had were broken. So that was a little bit of a disappointment but other than that, we really did have a wonderful day. "
"What an amazing hotel and location. We have stayed on two different occasions and each time has been wonderful. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff immerses you in the Savannah vibe! Stay in a room with a balcony and a view of Riverstreet - you will lot be disappointed!"
