We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean when we arrived, and the staff treated us very well. They also provided some thoughtful touches for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many shops and attractions. We are extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel!

it was great that it was pet, friendly, however the floor we stayed on smelled horrible .. the room was extremely dusty the carpet in the room looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while.

I had such an amazing stay!! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. We enjoyed the room, the bathroom was small however the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bar in the hotel lobby was beautiful and loved the vibes with the live DJ Saturday night. The gym was by far the best hotel gym I have ever been to! We took full advantage of the gym and cold plunge. The restaraunt on site was great however, they would not seat us at a table due to the amount of reservations they had even though the restaraunt had many tables open. I wish they would offer guests of the hotel reserved tables or try to fit us in around the outside guests. The bartenders were very friendly and the drinks very good! Overall great stay! Would reccomend!

No mini fridge’s in rooms or ice bucket. I have a medical condition that requires my medication to be refrigerated. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the girls at the front desk were very apologetic and offered to have a mini fridge brought up. I told them no need but an ice bucket would be sufficient. They quickly fetched a bucket and filled it with ice for me. Front desk service was outstanding. We found the room itself was complicated. Why do you need to put a card in the wall slot inside the room to operate the lights? Towel bars and/ hooks in the bathroom shower would be nice. There’s no place to put wet towels besides the floor! Room was a tad small but it served its purpose. The gathering area on each floor is a great meeting space with large screen TV and games. The coffee in room was not our favorite (pour and seep). Would’ve preferred a coffee maker. Location was great, not far from the river, parking garage across the street, shops and restaurants galore. The concept has just been open for 30 or so days. Extremely clean, and the roof top bar & pool area was fantastic. Even with the positive aeration pointed out, we probably will not return, only because we are a retired elderly (hate it admit) that likes things simple. Younger generations would probably love it more than us. Regardless, our 3 night stay in Savannah was great
