We had a 7 hour layover in Atlanta. It work. It had a bed and a shower. Internet did not ever work. But for a quick nap and shower it worked out for us. They do have a shuttle and we didn't have to wait long.

Everything was done to accomodate the guests who came with dogs for the Afghan Hound dog show. We were treated with respect and made to feel welcome. The food was excellent. The maids were sweet and efficient. I love staying at this hotel! This was my fourth stay.

"Beautiful hotel over looks the river"
This was a wonderful hotel. Everyone that works here was willing to assist us with our needs. We had Cory the bellman who made good suggestions on where to eat, which we went to and enjoyed the food. We were seated at a window that overlooked the river for breakfast, gorgeous view. You can take an elevator down to the river level which has shops, restaurants and plenty of great views of the river. If you walk out the front of the hotel onto Bay street you can walk to many shops, squares, restaurants. This is a very walkable, pet friendly, family friendly, beautiful tourist city. It is full of history. Dan the concierge was able to set us up with a carriage ride and if we wanted to go on a trolley ride he would have taken care of it also. We did not have time to tour the homes, but what we did see, the squares that have monuments and trees and seating that you could stop and just sit and enjoy the view was breath taking. If you are hungry there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and all price ranges.

"Want to like Partridge Inn "
We just stayed for 2 nights at The Partridge Inn for the second time, first time in middle of June, 2015. They were doing a great deal of construction and we gladly accepted a little entry challenge. We had dinner at the inn and enjoyed it very much. Then we stayed November 19-21. We had a very disapointing dinner. The goat cheese appetiser was delicious. Our entre's were not good. My husband had a pasta dish with chicken. It was dry and cold. My salmon had a huge doze of canned whole tomatoes dumped on top, Next night my husband had nacho chips with a cheese that he described as probably velveta.
