"Quality of service declines each year we visit . The spa is incredible and the entire reason we come stay a weekend in the lodge. Room service staff seem miserable but the servers at Casons are always good. Food is just okay. I've lowered my expectations sadly because staying at Callaway and spending alot of money at the spa is a big splurge for me. We will come back just with less expectations. "

"I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s a solid choice. Breakfast could use some healthy items like fruit and yogurt but other than that, beds are comfy and it’s pretty quiet. "

"The room was beautiful as advertised. We had a two bed suite. The community was quiet. Parking was always available. I had to reach out to the hotel five times before my trip to setup the late check in, that’s the only reason I gave the staff a 4 out of 5. If I’m in the area agin this is the place I’ll be staying. It’s convenient and within close proximity to restaurants, Walmart and a liquor store if you like to wet your whistle. "

"Clean room, bed was awesome, great location for the Pro Am Archery tournament. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. One if them came to our room to check our remote. Parking was great!! Breakfast was good. "

"Everything was so nice & the hotel is so vintage I LOVE that. The river views are everything & more!!! I couldn’t really get a good feel for the bed cause I shared my bed with my bestie but when I come back I can rate my sleeping. The only disappointment was the breakfast I expected more. The biscuits were burnt nothing looked good honestly. But breakfast won’t stop me from making a second visit solo or with my little sister for sure. I have to bring my mom whenever she s visiting me again too! Thank you all again! See "
