"The front desk day and night auditor were amazing, the property was clean, but tge hallway needed some fragrance spray. I loved how the room was super clean, but the shower wasn't enjoyable because the handle didn't function properly. I was also woken by the sanitation lady an hour before check-out asking if I was checking out. Other than those two issues, everything was fine. "

"Stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Gateway before an early flight and unfortunately won’t stay again. We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot my wife’s drink, and cleared other tables before finally taking our order. As an airport hotel, they should be more aware that many guests are tired travelers on tight schedules who just want efficient service and rest."
