"Housekeeping was the problem area. In a 10 day stay, I didnt mind that it was only every other day, I expect that these days, BUT the days the maids were there, they did not even do the minimum. Each time, something significant was missing - one time no wastebaskets were emptied, another neither sink or countertops were cleaned, another the floor (dirty) was not vaccumed or swept. And so it went during the whole stay. Also I had to ask at the desk later for supplies to be replenished, toilet paper, tissues, coffee etc. Other than that, the place is fine, helpful front desk staff, decent breakfasts, good location, good beds."
