Was only there for one night, but it was very pleasant. The room was quiet, clean comfortable nice home away from home.

The apartment was clean and fresh! Beds are great and plenty of room for personal belongings. The people upstairs were loud walkers and this was a bit annoying in the evenings when trying to get to sleep. Also, the building light attached to the wall outside the master bedroom makes it impossible to make the bedroom dark with the blinds. Highly recommend getting that solved. Super new, clean, and comfy outside these things.

Very friendly staff & terrific breakfast! Their staff engaged in conversations with us & definitely made us feel welcomed each day! They were going through renovations which is understandable but it was on each of the floors we accessed (1st-3rd floors) so that was very inconvenient to step over open paint containers, etc. The ice machine on our floor was out of order all 5 nights we were there so we used the 3rd floor ice machine which that floor was under construction too. The pool area was ok; they need to have some type of barrier put up because the interstate was close & it was very loud. The second floor hallway carpet was disgusting with lots of stains. Our room’s carpet was gross, the tub faucet was loose & the sink faucet was not lined up with the hole it went in. 2 of the 3 of us didn’t sleep well due to the pillows being extremely flat & they did not have any other types of pillows. Other than that, the room was ok. One thing we kept saying is that this hotel is definitely not what we thought of a Hilton owned standards.
