The staff were very kind and helpful!! Very clean and professional as well. However the accounting of my incidentals was so unprofessional I will likely not use The Hyatt Regency Savannah again. I spent the everyday trying to resolve charge after charge that didn't occur or was in error period.
The pool had foam floating in it and it was disgusting. We came down to Savannah to lay by the pool and we couldn’t. We are very disappointed
The room wasn’t as great as I was expecting. The bed was the best part. It was extremely comfortable. What really won me over though was the staff. Each and every single one where friendly. Asked how I was and helped me if I needed help. What also made me wanna stay again Is how proud they all are ...
Smoking area in non smoking area. No good smell to cigarettes
You will not be disappointed with this Marriott location. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. Both restaurants inside the Marriott serve great food and drinks. Great views of downtown and it's within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping.
