(1,733 reviews) The hotel has a great location with so many walkable restaurants and museums. Its very quaint and the staff extremely friendly and approachable. HOWEVER, we had our car valeted and never accessed it again during our stay. Unfortunately, they parked it in the public parking deck where it was sideswiped. The parking staff helped us file a claim...which was subsequently DENIED. I might add, the vehicle is brand new and has only been in our pocession for 60 days. Now its damaged and our financial responsibility to have it repaired. We entrusted our vehicle to the hotel and are extremely disappointed with this outcome. Needless to say, we will not recommend this hotel regardless of our stay experience. (298 reviews) The layout of the 3br apartment was good and the rooms were well-appointed. However, the bedroom window was right above an alley where dumpsters were emptied each morning between 5am and 6am. This caused massive crashing noises which would last anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. It woke us up every morning, rudely I might add. Also, know that there is overnight street parking only 2 nights per week. On other nights, you will need to park in the City's garage which is 2 blocks away and $32 per night. Daytime parking has meters and the maximum time allowed is 4 hours. Parking citations are issued promptly and plentifully, so beware. The location is otherwise good. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the river. It felt reasonably safe and reasonably maintained. The ownership promptly responds to text messages.
