« The condo was very clean and cute. The location was great. Nice beach area and pool. The condo seemed a bit small, but we were passing through on an almost two-week trip and had a lot of stuff. We made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be the bed. While we slept well, the mattress seemed to sag and there was very little room between the bed and one wall. « Great little place to stay on Tybee Island. It is a quiet neighborhood away from everything so you will definitely need transportation to get to the beach and restaurants. The house is clean and cool and worked very well for our family of 5. Be sure to visit the Polk St beach. It is a quiet little spot to with very little tourist traffic and plenty of beach. You can sit and watch the ships come in and out all day! »

« This property was a great stay for extended (multi generational) family. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate. Children enjoyed the pool, although the pool could use a bit more shade. The elevator opening right to our condo was a first time experience for us but was positive. The condo was well supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc. »

« Perfect for our family of 3. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins. We saw so many dolphins and ships. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach entrance, which made it easy for us to visit the beach everyday while we were there. I highly recommend staying here if, especially if you want something a bit more quiet than the south end of the island. »

« We loved our stay at Roshan’s place. Roshan communicated all information clearly and in a timely manner. It was a very easy check-in and checkout process. We enjoyed our time on the calm beach and the pool was perfect. We ate in using the kitchen for the most part and everything needed was provided.
